Does the initial consultation cost anything?
No. The initial consultation is free. Afterwards you decide whether to commission the strategy workshop.
What is the strategy workshop?
One day on site at a fixed price. It always starts with the current-state analysis and ends with prioritised measures, complete costs and a clearly defined first implementation step. The result is usable even without a follow-up contract.
Our project is already clear. Do we need the workshop?
No. If your project is already defined, we move straight to implementation. Every contract has acceptance criteria, a benefit review and an agreement on enablement and operation.
