We build the demonstrations in advance for your industry, from a digital twin to a quote generated from a customer drawing. None of it is a video.

Beforehand your team submits questions and focus topics. We shape the talk and working sessions around them and show at the end where each question was answered.
One case is built live.
In the second working session one of your processes becomes a working prototype, tested with examples from your teams.

Data protection and guardrails
May a customer drawing go into an AI?
The data traffic light is the first guardrail we define with you in the workshop. Choose a document type.
Red
Only with explicit approval and in an environment that meets confidentiality requirements.

Anyone who used private accounts switches by a set date without consequences. After that, the rule applies.

Do participants need prior knowledge?
No. The day starts from your teams' tasks, not from the technology. We explain technical terms as they come up.
Who should attend?
Management, heads of departments and the experts who know the processes including every exception. We work at tables of five to six people and agree on the group size in the initial consultation.
What do you need from us?
A room with group tables, a projector and Wi-Fi. And from each participant one recurring time sink from their own work.
How do you handle data protection and the AI Act?
As a session of its own. You see where data flows with which solution, define the data traffic light and receive five guardrails that also cover the training duty under Art. 4 AI Act.
What happens after the workshop?
You receive all documents and the 90-day plan. Whether and with whom you implement is your decision. The result is usable even without a follow-up contract.
