Frequently asked questions
I have no time for coaching.
The coaching takes half a day and a two-hour follow-up. In between you work on your normal tasks, just with AI.
I am not technical. Is that a problem?
No. We work on your tasks, not on technology. You need no technical background.
What happens to my emails and data?
We work on your computer and in your accounts. We do not copy any data to us. For each task we define which AI may work with which data. If you wish, we sign a confidentiality agreement beforehand.
Which AI tools do we work with?
We start with what your company already has, for example Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude. If a tool is missing, we recommend one and explain the choice.
How is the coaching different from an AI seminar?
A seminar shows other people's examples. In the coaching you work on your own inbox, your meetings and your templates. What we set up, you keep using the next day.
Is the coaching an AI sparring?
Yes, but with a result in daily work. We do not only talk about strategy. We set up the tools at your workplace.
Do I have to buy anything from you afterwards?
No. The coaching stands on its own. If you want to bring AI to your team afterwards, we are happy to talk about it.
Does the coaching help with AI literacy under the AI Act?
The coaching builds your own AI literacy. We document content and participation. For your team, the datadice Academy offers its own training.
