Does the initial consultation cost anything?
No. The initial consultation is free. Afterwards you decide whether to commission the strategy workshop.
What is the strategy workshop?
The strategy workshop is one day on site at a fixed price. It starts with the current-state analysis. Together we create your AI roadmap with prioritised measures, complete costs and a clearly defined first implementation step. You can use the result even without a follow-up contract.
Our project is already clear. Do we need the workshop?
No. If your project is already defined, we start directly with implementation. Every contract includes acceptance criteria, a benefit review and an agreement on enablement and operation.
