Everything runs live
We build the demonstrations in advance for your industry. Examples are a digital twin or a quote from a customer drawing. None of it is a video.
Your topics set the agenda
Your team submits questions and focus topics in advance. We shape the talk and working sessions around them. At the end we show where we answered each question.
We build one case live
In the second working session we build a working prototype from one of your processes. Your teams test it with their own examples.

Beforehand, your team collects questions and topics on an online topic board, for example “Calculate quotes from past orders” or “Training duty under the AI Act”. We then build the demonstrations for your industry, for example a quote from a customer drawing. In the first working session the tables rate their time sinks by benefit and feasibility. Whatever lands top right is your starting point.

Your team identifies the time sinks in its daily work. Each card stands for one time sink. The tables rate the cards by benefit and feasibility. The cards top right are your starting point.
Data protection and guardrails
May a customer drawing go into an AI?
Only with explicit approval and in an environment that meets confidentiality requirements. This rule is part of the data traffic light that datadice defines with you in the workshop: green free, yellow only in the approved environment, red only with explicit approval.

What does the datadice current-state analysis deliver?
The datadice current-state analysis translates your business goals into a sequence of initiatives for digitalisation, automation and AI.
It examines four areas: goals and processes, data and systems, knowledge and people, and the framework of data protection, co-determination and budget. You receive a documented assessment, a prioritised roadmap and a concretely described next step.
Frequently asked questions
Do participants need prior knowledge?
No. The day starts from your teams' tasks. We explain technical terms as they come up.
Who takes part?
Management, heads of departments and the experts take part. The experts know the processes including every exception. We work at tables of five to six people. We agree on the group size in the initial consultation.
What do you need from us?
We need a room with group tables, a projector and Wi-Fi. Each participant brings one recurring time sink from their daily work.
How do you handle data protection and the AI Act?
Data protection is a session of its own. You see where data flows with which solution. You define the data traffic light and receive five guardrails. They also cover the training duty under Art. 4 AI Act.
What happens after the workshop?
You receive all documents and the 90-day plan. Whether and with whom you implement is your decision. The result is usable even without a follow-up contract.
